Flagstone Food - CV41 Repair Form

1. CV41 Flat Rate Repair Service ($250 per repair)
   • Includes:
     • Replacement/repair of up to two major components (display, touch screen, internal power supply, etc)
     • Replacement/repair of two minor components (backup battery, overlay, keypad, etc).
2. If more than two major components and/or the main board/CPU require replacement it would place the repairs outside of the flat rate repair pricing and require a special estimate.
3. Repairs would be covered by a 90-Day warranty.
4. Turn around time would be 4-5 business days.
